Co- Founder & Technical Director
An expert who sees each project as a unique one. She has years of experience in managing different styles of projects, with different complexity, size and nature.
She started in this field in 2003, serving the US detailing industry. She then gained experience working for clients in the Middle East, the UK, and India, meeting those industry standards. She achieved the second rank in Civil Engineering from the Cochin University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Prasanth Balakrishnan
Co-Founder & Executive Director
A civil engineering graduate with more than 20yrs experience in engineering construction industry. He started his career in the Middle East and is well versed with various engineering codes and standards.
He has specialized in construction management and has very good exposure to EPC projects, High-rise structures, infrastructures etc.

Working under the project manager, a team of detailers and quality checkers ensures the delivery of high-quality products, tailored to your schedule and specifications.

In the subsequent stage, we will meticulously review all general notes, standards, typical details, and pertinent drawings. Our well-established working model, honed through experience, facilitates a faster learning curve. Using the information you have provided, we will compile a comprehensive procedure file, serving as a convenient reference to our working methodology and enabling the early detection of constructability, fabrication, and installation issues before critical milestones are reached.

Delivery
Once the quality checking process is completed, the project will be directed to the project manager for final inspection and delivery. The project manager will thoroughly review the results, ensuring that all requirements, codes, and specifications have been meticulously met. Once approved, we will proceed with the timely and seamless delivery of the project to exceed your expectations.
